Smallman & Son champions client building projects to meet tight deadlines

One of the aspects we pride ourselves on here at Smallman & Son is our dedication to keeping every client’s project on track. We think of ourselves as project champions!

Of course there are always challenges that no-one on the team expects, and as anyone knows, commercial building and refurbishment projects often don’t go absolutely to plan!

We can usually help because we’ve had plenty of experience in coming up with solutions, finding ways to resolve issues on commercial building projects that affect often very tight deadlines. Sometimes, it’s a relatively small issue to fix.

We recently gained one of our newest customers, who turned to us when their building contractor went out of business just before project completion. There were snagging issues that needed dealing with urgently on new business premises in Costock in Loughborough.

Our job was to take the hassle of having to get what was pretty much straightforward snagging done, away from the client. The client could get on with running the business and not have to worry about finishing off the building.

We’re delighted to have helped them out and now Champions UK have appointed us as their designated building partner, for any work on their property portfolio that they might have coming up.
