Construction Boost to Jobs in Leicestershire
The Leicester Mercury this week reported that the latest development of new homes in the Melton Road area of East Goscote, which started this week, will provide jobs and funding for the local area, as well as new homes.
The latest David Wilson development, which is set in picturesque countryside, will feature three, four and five bed houses and it is hoped that it will secure jobs for over 100 local people.
David Wilson will also be contributing over £200,000 of funds to the local area as part of the planning agreement with the local council. This money will be spent on schools, healthcare and transport improvements, with leisure facilities and other projects also being inline support.
