Edgbaston Boutique Hotel

We completed a turn-key refurbishment of a period office building to create an extra fourteen hotel rooms for the Edgbaston Boutique Hotel. Working closely with architects and interior designers, we completed the fit out of this building over five months. It was a complex project; there was a new ventilation system created as well as the installation of air conditioning units. This exquisitely designed project saw beautiful roll top, cast iron, free standing baths added to most rooms as well as high quality ensuite bathrooms. As with all of our projects, we adhered to DDA legislation to ensure accessibility to all. We are particularly proud of this high-quality and innovatively designed refurbishment project.
