Loughborough College

We undertook a three-week project at Loughborough College. This involved general demolitions/stripping out, supply and installation of automatic DDA compliant door sets. We also installed new double glazing UPVC windows including louvered blinds, alterations and upgrades. The project also involved heating and electrical installation, renewed suspended ceiling, floor coverings and a complete redecoration.

The second phase of the project consisted of the refurbishment and alteration of the existing restaurant and kitchen areas. The works included structural demolition, stripping out, electrical works, installation of heating/ventilation, redecoration and installation of catering equipment.

During this project, we drew on our wealth of expertise and knowledge in managing projects adhering to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) legislation. We worked with the client to make alterations and installations, including DDA compliant safety flooring, to improve the access and navigation for students and staff around the college.
