Mansfield District for Serco – Soft Play Area and Café Redevelopment

Mansfield District Leisure Trust and Mansfield District Council invested over £200,000 to improve the facilities at Water Meadows Leisure Centre with an introduction of a new café and soft play area.

We designed and built the new facilities and crafted kitchen units, fitted counters and internal doors in our bespoke  joinery Smallman & Son in-house workshop.

A team of twelve craftsmen and builders were on site during this six-week project, which included plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning ducting, installation of suspended ceiling, plastering walls, laying new flooring coverings, decorating and fitting new laminated flooring, fitting internal doors and installing kitchen units. In addition, we also supplied the kitchen appliances – fridges, water boiler, dishwasher and panini grills.
