Serco – Leisure Centre

We undertook a twelve week project with Serco to refurbish leisure centre swimming pool changing rooms. This project occurred in three phases as the swimming pool and changing rooms were operational during the whole refurbishment project.

This project included:

• New electrical and mechanical installation.
• New changing cubicles, vanity units, sanitary ware including DDA toilets and showers and new lockers.
• New suspended ceilings.
• New drainage, floor screeds and tiling throughout the changing areas.
• Joinery aspects were included such as fire doors and new décor throughout the changing rooms.
