Office and Workshop Refurbishment

We completed a turn-key office and workshop refurbishment for a Leicester-based company. With this project, we designed the new office layout as well as drawing on our team of interior designers who expertly sourced bespoke furniture and vintage/industrial style décor items. Furthermore, we created the desks, a large boardroom table and filing cabinets/cupboards in our bespoke joinery workshop. We added two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs) using the local kitchen supplier – Sherwin Hall. We sourced flooring from local supplier – Michael John Flooring. We created three toilets and one shower room. We installed MF suspended ceilings with LED panels. As well as the installation of storage heaters, we also added air conditioning units to the upstairs and downstairs offices.

On the exterior, we created and fitted bespoke wooden cladding and sourced signage. All new windows and doors were added to this building too.

We also refurbished the existing workshop to create a bespoke joinery workshop with extraction units for saw dust. We converted an out-building into a metal fabrication workshop and another out-building into a place to store materials.

With this office refurbishment/workshop refurbishment project, we used materials from our local suppliers to showcase our innovative design skills. This is a project that was very close to our hearts and that we are particularly proud of.
